Once creative mode is added, I have heard that switching between creative mode and survival mode will be possible, so anything missing from a particular world seed (any particularly low resource, like cactus, sugar cane, pumpkins, or even whole biomes for that matter) should be able to be added in creative mode, correct?

Well if you want a new biome your gonna have to place it down yourself.

In creative mode youhave unlimited resourses. So you can make anything, but in real mode I dont think you can transfer items there. I guess you just have to find them!

It has been confirmed that maps can be played either in Creative or Survival. So if one person starts a map without a single Cactus on it, they can exit, switch to Creative, give themselves a Cactus, then switch back to Survival.

Then again, I think some people will abuse it to the point of ruining the game for themselves. Why go mine diamonds when you can just use Creative to spawn them into your world? Same for every other resource. Why do anything when you can get it in Creative? I can already see people coming on to the forum complaining about how the game got boring because they abused Creative Mode.

I am sure you are correct, although this seems silly to me, no one is going to force them to use creative mode, if they want a pure survival experience they can just stay in survival mode. I almost entirely play in peaceful mode as it is, so I am very much looking forward to creative mode, and switching between modes as well.

If they complain about it being boring tell them to go QQ somewhere else you are right about people going to abuse it hit I know most people like survival because it's more of a challenge to find rare items and makes the game all much more worth it. I personally can't wait for creative because it was the sole reason I bought it. And to play with friends who have crappy computers xD
