I encountered a similar bug yesterday. I had set up a mob processor, and it worked fine for an hour or so. It suddenly stopped working for no reason at all. I loaded a previous save , back to when it worked. The same problem still existed. I decided to clear my system cache, and download the updates again. Works perfectly again...
To the OP: I suggest you clear your system cache, and download the updates again. Worked for me
Thanks for confirming that, now I don't have to worry about fixing small issues. I can just fix everything all at once at the end.
