i think its annoying always seeing everyone recruit ppl for clans. Its not just the recruiting i have a problem for, its the whole Clan idea. Clans are something that are full of drama, arguing and fighting. Its something we dont need in this game. They fight over the most stupidest things too. Like people copying builds in their own team maps etc, then it leads to griefing, and more fighting. Also, we dont need all the cod kids migrating to minecraft. A huge majority of Cod kids are annoying as hell, they are dicks, and they like to grief. Thats 1 of the main resaons i dont bother playing Cod like i used to.
I think maybe it would be cool if they changed their "Clan.. or building team" to fighting group and maybe had wars in pvp worlds.. That would be totally fine. 75% of the stuff i said would go away. Sure, we would have people fighting over who is better fighters, but that would be in the survival community of minecraft. They would be completely out of our view for all of us who enjoy building things here... Thanks for your time.
Haha "this game" has tons of clans already on PC the xbox has a few and the reason is this game can be played anyway you want so do go hating on people for playing they want. Just play the game the way you want and leave other people to them selfsame.
I've been in many clans that aren't full of drama, arguing, or fighting. They aren't restricted to just FPS games like Call of Duty either. I've seen clans for other genres of games as well. Some people just want to make groups to have other people to play with. Like DrCoffee above me said, there are tons of clans on the PC version.

Exactly cause if you try to argue about stupid stuff or anything they kick you out pretty fast. Clans for minecraft have never caused anyone problems I find it offensive for someone to compare it to the kids that play call of duty and rage all day because of call of duty

thats funny because i have a friend who has a clan. or a "building team" well anyways 1 guy got kicked out and made his own and it started all kinds of trouble because the other guy made his own and started drama by "stealing mmbers" and copying the world. another guy i know doesnt have a cla, but plays with the same ppl, and 1 guy got mad left and started drama just like above.
I know right?! It just bothers the hell out of me when other people dont play exactly like i want them to. It's like hello, there is only one correct way to play this game. My way. Lol i still cannot believe people can play the game in a way in which they enjoy. It's called MINEcraft because it is mine. It is not YOURcraft for a reason. Some people man.
i am a clan leader and i half agree thats why i keep a peaceful clan start something and your kicked im a closed clan so no imbeciles can joini also agree at the clan in minecraft i dont let my clan join my world i like having select servers
I don't really have a problem with clans, but I don't think it should be so generalized like 360 clans are. Clans should be more specific to a certain style of building. For example, a clan that only does design. (fancy houses, mansions, and whatnot) A clan that only builds art. (statues, pixel art, etc.) A clan that only builds advanced electronics with redstone. (Computers, GPU's, printers, simple games, and the like)

Right up there with all this "Hunger Game" stuff- trying to make it sound like it's something special, but it's still just PVP.
