As far as I can tell from what I've read here and elsewhere, the latest update fixed nothing and introduced new redstone bugs. As a result, I am refusing it and playing offline. Let's hope they go forward instead of backward next time.
My problem is when I turn the power off the redstone seems to turn off, it's dark red like it's not powered. But the pistons are still pushed out. If I break a piece of restone out it will retract all the pistons it's connected to. I can then replace it and it might work fine afterwards and it might not.
