I'm a noob at Minecraft since I started playing it maybe a month ago but I was wondering how people create the wool designs so accurately and the right deminsions? Is there a program that converts images to blocks that you can easily see or people are just that good?
There is software available to do it, such as Spritecraft and Minecraft Structure Planner which now has a pixel art section.
Personally however I just copy an image into microsoft paint or excel and make a grid over the image and use the closest blocks to those colours as I can... Then number the squares and save the image and get to building... Works just as well as sometimes the programs distort the image a lot of the time.
