I play on a snow seed that has a large flat area near the spawn point. It also has pumpkins, clay, sugarcane and a few small deserts with cactus. The seed is "Winter Lord" without the "".
There is also a few surface dungeons. I can give you the co-ords of the ones I have found if you like the seed.
I play on the seed "winter". It has about two large mountains and is 80% flat tundra biomes. It also has a couple frozen seas, which I found useful for building structures out of ice.
