So my friend helped make me a trapdoor that leads to my house, but I expanded on the idea but removing the door and making the trapdoor go directly into my house. Want to see how it looks? I can post pictures if you guys want. Forgive me if I don't know how things work here I just joined.
Nice way to keep the house hidden if its all underground. Just watch out for creepers hanging out topside when you leave, that would make for a bad start to the day.
This was my first time making one of these actually. It was hard trying to get it right where I wanted it but luckily my friend made it so close to my house I could dig down a couple blocks and it was right there.
I think by upgrade he meant massive redstone door that if you go through then arrows kill you unless you do a triple backflip and use a human body shield. Or something.
A good thing to mention is that you can take screenshots with F2.

I know what we SHOULD do is be sarcastic assholes, thus prohibiting noobs from "wasting our time" with their creation threads, regardless of the fact that they are proud of them and want to show them to the community. Maybe then everybody except us ZOMGELITE players will leave these COMMUNITY forums and not ever waste our time again.
However, I refuse to do so.
OP, congrats on learning just one of the many useful contraptions in the game. Hit YouTube for some more ideas for things to do!

Forum AdminIt's pretty need. I usually use water breaks for drops, and a separate spot for climbing out.
