I can't join any servers, all it'll say is "Connection to the server was lost. Exiting to the main menu." I've played with these guys before, and they have it to open and it won't even come up on the Join Game group thing. They don't have 8 people in the game and I was wondering if I could uninstall Minecraft on the Xbox360 then reinstall, not sure if that'd help though would it?

Check your NAT settings. Settings>System>Network Settings>Your Network>Test XBL Connection. If you see a yellow exclamation mark, then your NAT is strict/moderate, which may prevent you from joining games.

Have you tried power cycling your modem? Unplug it from it's power supply for 5-10 minutes. While you do that, set the clock on your Xbox back to 11/15/2005. This will refresh your consoles connection to XBL.
