Why do you say that the community doesn't have an input on the game, then say that most of the updates are community-based? Are you just quoting what someone said?
You have a bright future in politics.
If you read the rest of his message he goes on to say a lot of stuff in Minecraft was initially created by the community. So either he's stupid and arguing against himself, or he was using what people say as an example.

After I posted that, I started thinking that he was using what other people were saying as an example. But thanks
I honestly have no clue what tekkit is or any mod thereafter since I never played the pc version but whatever they release in DLC or mods for 360 version then I will be getting them.
I will pay the money for a game I enjoy and spend time on. Also if anything was under $5-15 then its a steal for a $20 game.

Tekkit is one of the most popular mods ever made for the PC. The mod is based around industrializing Minecraft, adding things like pumps, machines, block breakers, quarrys, and many other machine like things.

Don't forget Alchemy.
Hey could someone make use a signature Image supporting tekkit on the 360.
The xbox can barely handle pistons without lag and tekkit is very dependent on your hardware. I really do not think the xbox could handle tekkit. I would definately pay 20 dollars for it though.

It handles them fine and a computer is meant to browse the web while an Xbox 360 is for gaming.

"The struggle of survival is a war without end, and war – war never changes." -Ron Perlman in Fallout.
I really don't think this will happen simply because xbox would be unable to run such a big mod even if it could run it it would be very laggy the xbox is like 8 years old or more I'm not sure
I was being highly serious but I am not a computer wiz either. I am sure that gaming computers are more powerful than an xbox.
Gaming computers made after the XBox 360 was developed and released up to current day will be more powerful, yes. Gaming computers made before and up to that point were generally of equivalent or less power. That being said, it is not always about the hardware and architecture that you use that determines how well a game will run.
Computer games have to be coded to run on many different builds whereas XBox games only need to run on the XBox hardware. This means that the games can be very precisely tuned and optimized to run on that hardware. This can manifest itself in that a game running on very similar hardware (1 PC and 1 console) can potentially run better on the console due to more precise low-level programming that can better optimize the console version.

Whenever consoles are made they base themselves on the current highend/medium laptop hardware "cause thats basicly what a console is, which is a laptop" even six years ago when the Xbox 360 was made there was still some better hardware out on the market even then.
Todays gaming desktops are far and beyond the hardware of consoles its not even funny, dont believe me just lookup some vids of Battlefield 3 on pc vs either of the consoles.
Ps my computer is not only meant for browsing, in this day and age of tech most computers can run 20+ windows of youtube and load them without crashing. Ive had over 50 on mine "just for grins and giggles to see how many it can do without freaking out to bad.

well not if you have a gaming computer. They can handle Minecraft better than an xbox.
I highly doubt it.(please note I'm not a computer wiz.)

I know just the person that can help you.
This is the person that made me my Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition banner.
