As long as most of the money goes to the people who made all the mods, I'd happily pay around £10 for it
I love Tekkit but my computer can only just about run it on low settings, so to have it on console would be amazing. I feel much more comfortable with console controls than with PC
I'd pay $15 as long as the people who made it don't see a dime.

It's over half...... Only 71 supporters out of 393 posts...... The masses have spoken!!!!! I am usually VERY optimistic but, In this case, Realism is king. The glass is Not half empty I just need another beer Again I say this is not worthy of 20 pages but, a fun waste of time. 2 more updates and 4J can do whatever they want.......

yes without exp enchanting breeding or bigger worlds, isnt that a fail? why do you think 4j got so much crappy games which nobody really plays, arcade games. mojang should have been doing xbox version either, they would have done a better job.

1.8 is massive good sir. Though other features throughout many numerous updates are also quite amazing, 1.8 changes the way we play minecraft. Hunger bar, enderman, creative mode, Iron bars, more food, ravines, oceans, rivers, fence gates, melons, abandon mineshafts, new fighting system, silver fish, cave spiders, stone bricks and villages just to name a few.
"We'd like to do things that could be played together in a slightly more competitive way than just building in Minecraft. If you have just a quick loop through the top mods, there are a lot of mods that are slightly more competitive that people are really enjoying. It's the element of those that I would like to pick up on and build on the Xbox."
The impression I get from reading that interview is that the mods they are talking about are just going to be different competitive game modes, like the CTF mode they are adding, maybe maps based off popular games like plants vs zombies and stuff. I honestly think people expecting things like tekkit to be added to the game are being a little overoptimistic.
I honestly think 4J shouldnt be using the word 'mod' to explain these things. By 'mods' they seem to mean new game modes and custom maps, rather than things like Tekkit.
see thats why i dont like 4j because they dont listen to the people they just ****ing add Ctf which is a not needed, theres about 3 million people and nearly half of this people doesnt play multiplayer like me so whats the point of this. ok they wont add tekkit but atleast they should have been adding a cool mod or mod pack instead of a game mode. We can do our own game modes, like capture the wool or something like that, or zombie invasion when eggs come out.4j just wastes their time, their populairity that they gained by minecraft will fall. if 4j actually reads this i preffer them to think twice about new game modes instead of mods.
Tekkit is minecraft at industrial age, instead of redstone you use electricity, its pretty fun but you must know tekkit at the back of your hand or else you will spend most of the time googling on setups and recipes.
Well the most feasible way is too like sign a petition or something and tell 4J studios to make it, but seeing how games like skyrim screw up the xbox 360 by hanging it, it might not be a good idea. Unless anybody has a better idea we have to contend vanilla minecraft.

thats why you have notmanyitems in tekkit, you click to the item and it shows you the recipe

You're over reacting.
Adding a Mod to Minecraft is an incredibly tricky task, I'm not talking coding wise, but legally. For 4J to add a mod like say Tekkit for example, they'd first have to sort out a contract with Tekkits creators allowing them complete control of their mod, not only that but they'd need to sign agreements with every single mod creator that has contributed to Tekkit. Alright, than there's Microsoft, Microsoft requires a sizable payment for their DLC space somewhere in the tens of thousands, 4J no doubt has the funds for this but now they have to figure out a price point that benefits Microsoft, 4J, and Mojang, if they're feeling generous they'd fit all of the content creators in the Tekkit pack.
That's just the beginning of the Legal side, now lets look at porting content over. Vanilla Minecraft XBLA took a year or so, right? With Tekkit in it's current state it is LEAPS and BOUNDS more complex than Vanilla, I guarantee it'd take every bit as long and more than Vanilla took to port.
So, in the end it's not that 4J doesn't listen to us, they'd just not able to grant miracles. I didn't list half the battle it'd take to bring mods to Xbox 360 and already seems impossible.

I don't think they will add it but I think it would be awsome if they did.
I'd pay $15 as long as the people who made it don't see a dime.
That's what 4J needs- incentive!
(shakes head)
we're going to get 1.8 but it'll take a while.

Ignorance is bliss.
Note the parts about the future of the xbox version and about mods.
