In the video below I show you how to find music discs (or CDs) on the Xbox 360 edition to play in Jukeboxes. You will need an iron sword and food to do this. Find a creeper and skeleton close together, and hit the creeper twice with your iron sword. Now, with one skeleton arrow, it will die. So, drag the creeper in front of the skeleton and the skeleton will shoot you, but hit the creeper in the back, killing it, and dropping a music disc.
There are only two music discs in the game right now as of August 5th, 2012, "13" (gold) and "CAT" (green). I got both discs in about 20 minutes on my world.

Or you could just trap a creeper on a minecart, then a skeleton on another. Each minecart is blocked by 4 blocks of space. Then stand behind the creeper (far enough where the skeleton will shoot you and the creeper won't blow up) and then when the skeletons accidentally hits the creeper, stand right behind the creeper until the skeleton kills the creeper.
