Go to Tinypic.com. Grab the pic from your computer. Pick the size, upload it. When it's done, copy the IMG Code. (It starts with [img] then the direct link) Post that in your post then you're done. Simple as that.

Are you saying that there's a justification for this? For the insanely complicated rigamarole one has to navigate? If it's so easy, please... enlighten me. Step by step instructions.
You don't even need the tags, guys. Just click on an image that's open in one tab, drag it to the tab with forums open, then drag it into the body where you type your post.

Go to your facebook, Find the pic you want.
Right Click on that picture and click "Save image as" save as desired.
Go to Tinypic.com.
When on there, click the "browse" button.
Find your picture and click "open"
Go to "resize" and choose one of the ones they have there. (My suggestion 640x480)
Click the "Upload now" button.
Type in the Capcha. Then click upload now.
Once it uploads you go to the "IMG Code for forums and message boards" box.
Highlight that code, copy it and paste it in your post on here.
You're done. It's the simplest thing in the world.
