Easier method, go to edge of world, put piston two blocks from edge, place another block on piston, activate piston to push block outside of world, freeze host game. Just saved you 79 pistons and 2.4 miles of redstone
Or use a simple block transmuter (only kind available on Xbox) on 2 connected stone halfslabs and make a glitched block of 2 stone halfslabs combined(looks like 1 whole block). Put it in inventory then open inventory.
= freeze.
Haven't tried it but SUPPOSEDLY crashes the server. MAY just freeze your xbox, i haven't tried.

If anyone wants to play Bauldur's Gate (1, 2, or enhanced) or Icewind Dale PLEASE PM me. I'd like to play.

This one is going to be patched in the bug fix coming up, I do believe. There's an entry about using pistons near the edge of the map.
Griefer-pussies. You can't make anything, so you get your jollies by tearing down what was made my someone else.
Lowest of the low.
As long as you're smart andcareful about saving and keep your cool and not feed into their griefing, you have the last laugh. They waste 30 mins tearing down something you can restore in seconds and got zero lulz from it, and they paid 20 bucks for the privelege of wasting their time.

Exactly. Be intellegent about your saves and perhaps any (and adviced)backups, and griefers are wasting their own time and money when they repeatedly fail at griefing.
That and spawn traps are fun.

That's what my latest map is all about.... hurting them before I kick 'em. I'm about a week from needing playtesters for my "griefertrap" map... interested?
Griefers are nothing but pathetic parasites. I no longer tolerate people messing with my stuff. If anyone griefs me in any way they will be permanently banned along with dupers. I no longer have anyone to play Minecraft with because of this.

What? This is like Grief Lite, it's not like destroying something somebody made and tricking them into saving. Griefing can be hilarious if you're not a **** about it. Tell your friend to save cause you're going to build something, so they can just exit the world if they don't like it. Fill their house up with TNT, tell them to come check out what you built in your house. Boom, everybody has a chuckle! Me and my friends do stuff like this to each other every once in awhile, and we're still friends afterwards. it's just something fun to do whenever you start to get bored of building/mining.
Those guys that just lurk the forums for gamertags so they can grief people and try to trick them into saving is a whole different story. I understand your hatred for people like that, I just don't see the joy in it. I don't even "fake grief" someone I've met on XBL until I know them well enough to see if they can take a joke.

Hmmmmm, do you mind attempting to comprehend that last part of my post again?

Then we're not talking about griefing, we're discussing practical jokes among friends. Big difference.
Dude don't be mad but a word such as "Hmmmmm(With 5 m's.)" does not exist.
And? Even "Hmm" with only two M's isn't a real word. Neither is "Ugh" or "Grr" they're just expressions of feelings. They may not be grammatically correct, but they've become accepted. You even see these (sort of) words in popular novels by esteemed authors.
Oh, correcting my on my grammar, mature. I read it, it's still a stupid statement. How can anyone find telling your friend to save the game and then crashing his / her server fun? That's dumb.
It will cause the host's xbox to freeze.
Have fun kids

Retired StaffIt's no biggy, I'm over it. It seems his argument isn't going anywhere so let's just ignore that conversation and hope it dies.
