This is just a suggestion for the crafting system.
First you know how when we press Y in minecraft xbox edition and it shows your inventory? Well why dont we use that same cursor for crafting? When we press X in minecraft Xbox it shows starting crafting and it could have the same template as in minecraft pc when we press e?
Second when we use the crafting bench its the same thing just no tabs? and we use the same thing as when we would press X except 9x9? and people could have the option to go to tabs or the idea i just posted?
It was tough but I think I may have deciphered your question/suggestion, you want the option to have the same crafting interface that is on the pc version. Where you have the 2x2 crafting area in your inventory and you have a 3x3 crafting area when you use a crafting bench, with no tabs or anything telling you what you can make or what the recipe is?

Yes thats exactly it me and almost all of my friends think the game is too easy when you already know all the crafting recipes without figuring them out. We all agreed that some of the fun of playing minecraft was that you had to discover recipes and actually put the correct patterns and everything and without that the game gets a little boring :/

i guess i could see you point, but to have to move a curser around with a joystick (even when organizing you inventory or a chest) is a pain in the ass. Using the curser to craft would be a nightmare! Plus on xbox, you don't have to option to easly tab out and check the wiki for crafting recipes, which is what I, and I am sure many others, did. The most likely reason 4j made it this was was because with the same interface as on the pc, it would take a very long time to craft anything. It's just more convenient this way.
well i can see your point about it being a pain in the ass but it still makes it more fun to actually craft and not have everything convenient cause then most minecrafters on xbox dont even play unless there's a update and when they do play they only play for about an hour before they get bored and stop playing till the next update and most of it's because everythings too convenient. Do you see my point in making this post? People on xbox WANT the crafting from pc they dont want everything to be convenient unless it's for creative mode which xbox version currently doesnt have.

How exactly do you know "most minecrafters on xbox don't even play unless there's a update"? (Genuine curiosity)
How is everything "too convenient"? The only difference between the pc and the xbox is the crafting interface. (besides the obvious world size and where the xbox is in terms of updates)
well i have allot of friends on xbox and 90% of them play and they say that they're friends say that they dont play for except for an update so about 70% of people who play on minecraft only play for updates the other 30% cant afford it or enjoy it anyway
and too convient is i mean people like to have a little challenge thats why the pain in the ass cursor for crafting would make it more fun for people because if you make a mistake then hey you make a mistake.

A sample size of your friends isn't really enough of a basis for a blanket statement for the whole community. And there is a difference between challenge and inconvenience. There should be no reason for them to include an inferior method for crafting. People shouldn't have to look online to learn how to play the game. Using poor controls (the cursor) does not make the game more fun.

You couldn't be more wrong.
Minecraft bounces between the 2nd and 3rd most played game on the Xbox, just behind Call of Duty.
Let me say that again: The 2nd most played game on all of XBox.
