Make it so every one that comes into your server has to ask for permission to build/destroy individually by the admin/host!
Change the way redstone torches power items going down vertically! Make it so you can attach a torch under a block to get the flow of power going down! Opposite that of going up!

Planes would sound kind of cool, but I don't know about guns, I think they'd have to change the rating of the game. Unless it shoots bubbles or something. lol

I want a proximity sensor that can trip redstone when someone is near, and this sensor can be crafted with redstone, gold, and paper to make a handheld motion tracker to see where mobs are behind cave walls.

That would be awesome. I think I've something like this on the PC version, it was a mod.
