They would be smart to sell the ability to make custom skins for a high price. I'd buy it.
No it wouldn't because then the owner of the Flinstone skin or the whatever skin people make and then the owners subsequently sue Microsoft and 4J for copyright infringment. Unless of course you're willing to cover the copyright costs
