Very true. Maybe you'd want to re-create the mansion from the very first Resident Evil game; tons of pictures available via Google image search (although personally, I'd use Webcrawler).

Well if you just start with some houses and make a small little community going, you will get inspiration to extend your village, make it greater and better. You will want to make an immense building or two, and add tons of unique buildings to the mix. I started a little village with 3 small houses, 1 house that was a little larger, and a resturaunt. But now, it is enormous.
