Easiest way to see how many MSP you have, at least for me: Try purchasing it first, if you don't have enough it'll give you an option to add more. Accept the option, and then it'll say how much you would like to add as well as how many you currently have on the right (note: You can't add more MSP without a credit card on your account via this method).
The game itself costs 1600 MSP ($20).
