whenever i exit my game and join back im at the spawn point with nothing and none of the map uncovered i dont know why this is happening ive never modded and ive tryed uninstalling minecraft and installing again

please help

There's a known bug that causes this... hopefully, it'll be fixed in the next update. I've never experienced it myself. Might try a different seed?

But in all seriousness, there is a known bug on Minecraft where everytime you restart your game, your inventory is empty. People on my server are experiencing similar issues (always respawning at the inital player spawn rather than their beds).

I don't know if 4J has recognized the spawning issues, but they have said they are trying to work with people to solve the inventory problem.

this just started to happen yesterday my world is way to far along to restart*** my buildings are still there i just spawn with nothing and at the spawn pointok thx for your help guys guess i have to wait

The official work around is to store everything in a chest before you save the game... also, always save (just a regular save) first, then exit without saving. I always do this, & I've never hit that particular bug. And I play a LOT. (I think last night I was ranked in the mid-700's for mining on normal, out of what, 3 million?)

Make a special note of what you are doing right before logging off. If you are playing multiplayer, jumping off a bridge..ect. Be as informative as you can and list it under the bugs page. Its probably not a hard thing to fix so long as they know what sorts of things caused it.

My buddies world had this problem. Best thing to do until they fix it just put all your stuff in a chest before you exit so you dont lose all you stuff over and over again.

Hardcore Mode It does suck but, like said above, store your items in a chest. Quick question.. Have you duped a lot of items????? Oh and maybe set the auto save for every 15 minuets..... I hope ya find a solution!!!!!!
