I hate that there are never any flat maps they always have massive cliffs and rivers.
Thats what minecraft is until I believe 1.8, when they have the super flat option

Be sure to check this one! I find it quite awesome for builders. Plus, it has everything, pumpkins, sugarcane, clay, cacti, etc.
