Takes a lot of wool. Dye the sheep the color you need, so you don't go through so much dye. You WILL need a cactus farm! I did it, took a while, but it's awesome.
go in to the biggest body of water on your map count 100 blocks out and build a tower just poking out and do that until you have 4 corners of a square build glass walls then get the water out and build a sweet city 100 by 100 will take many buildings to fill it though
