Is there anyways for me to make a world on one account then transfer it over to another account later on?

I'm going to make a scale replica of the No Mercy map from Left 4 Dead for my sister's birthday but I want it to be a surprise.

Not legally, and people aren't supposed to tell you, as its considered tampering by XBL's ToS and is banned from this website. Sucks, I know, but your best bet is to copy and paste that topic title to Google, and see what you find. No sarcasm. Google is a very powerful tool

There is a way to do it and its not considered tampering by nicrosoft but is hy 4j only cuz i game save is something you create with the licensing you purchased for the game, making a gamesave your personal property, i have dobe this a time or two but i dont wanna get banned from this forum but maybe google "gamesave editor" or add me t xbox live and ill voice chat with you for what you'll need

Microsoft can only pursue games they publish such as halo, a game save on minecraft is personal property f the player and publisher of the game as you created it with the license you purchased from 4j to play the game, i had a conversation with an accounts rep fr xbox live, only publisher of the game can ban you for misuse so for example modding halo is microsoft published game thru bungie but game saves are property of its creator

It is considered tampering by Microsoft. You are modding a game save file to think it belongs to another account. You aren't only tampering with a game save, but by extension, you're tampering with accounts.

That specifically violates a section of the Xbox Live Terms of Use.

Unauthorised software isn't a gamesave with profile id's altered. Such a thing would apply to flashed xbox's or jtag's.

this is straight out of the Xbox Live Terms of Use. Sure sounds like they could view the contents of your HDD to me.

That is why they have the report feature too. Reporting glitchers to XBL happens alot and if you go to the XBL forums, you can see from the amount of posts from people complaining they have been banned/perm-banned. I find it rather comical to visit that forum and read all the cry babies try to appeal and beg for their pardon. Lol.

Blah so no way for me to do it then. Was making a scale replica of the starting apartment of No Mercy in Halo Reach before and it turned out really really nice but I quickly ran out of resources. It'll be easier and I'll have more resources on Minecraft. (The Skin Pack 2 will also fit nicely in the world)

Regardless of what any1 here says you can transfer it with a littlr work, to every1 arguing about terma of use, i spoke with a rep from the accounts department specifically about modding game saves and was told a game save ia yours and the game publishers property, u put dlc on without buying it ya your gonna get banned but only the publisher of the game (4j) can classify modding a game save as tampering as you created the data yourself, if you mod your halo save ms can get involved but thats because bungie is a publishing group OWNED BY MICROSOFT! For mimecraft and borderlands for example you can mod your gamesave all you want and ms does not have the control to ban yu, im not suggesting you do it, but when gearbox found out pll were modding their gamesaves gearbox came out and said "we fully support people doing whatever they want if they feel it adds to their experience in the game, have fun, we look forward to seeing the crazy guns you guys come up with"

You need a memory stick and you can go to storage and move or copy the maps onto it than you can move it around

100% correct, Microsoft will not ban you for altering a Minecraft game save... And they are pretty much powerless to detect it, all changing the gamertag ID does is change a couple of lines of txt inside the gamesave file, which isnt even done on your xbox.

There is no way Microsoft can tell how the text got there, as the editing process occurs on your PC, no 3rd party software is installed onto your Xbox to do it...

Thank you for having the intelectual capacity to understand the point i was trying to make, i have edited a couple gamesaves at my own risk only to get some things ive created on other players maps, but 4j seems like a pretty cool group and doubt they wpuld care

Its just like NBA 2k11 My Player, everyone hacked the stats, but no one got banned. Seems pretty safe
