I was playing Minecraft today and it started raining, when I looked up there was a mysterious transparent cloud above my head it followed me everywhere I went except in Caves and Buildings and its only there when it rains. I looked it up some people had the same problem is this because of the recent update, but its very annoying and looks weird. Any thoughts?

I highly doubt a transparent cloud was following you around. If you are referring to the way that the rain falls now, how when you look up it's not raining directly above you, that is not a bug. That is just the way the rain falls now. It makes it so that the rain causes less lag.
