No, more features does not make one version "better" than another.
It depends on which features a version has and which of those are important to the individual person.
I have the PC version, but I'd rather play the One version. It's better for me, and I don't care if it has 'more features' or not- the PC doesn't have the right features that I want. Isn't the "best" one for you the one you prefer playing on?
I'm SO tired of all these PC/console comparison posts.
For a change of pace, just once, I'd like to see a console/PE comparison post!

PC is way better than the xbox version 100%, the only con for pc would be it might lag. but with the new 1.8 settings and playing true fullscreen I get a stable 40fps. Xbox cons..there is a lot. I personally find it WAY easier to move around with a mouse and keyboard than with a controller. i bought the 360 the day it came out and probably only played 10 hours total. PC is just way more fun, way more things to do/build, so many more items to craft and i mean, rabbits, horses, slime blocks, beacons, new doors/wood/fences/slabs/stairs/hoppers the list goes on

But I do play it more because I like the controls and interface better.
The PC has way more stuff.

Just saying.
In terms of FPS issues and RAM issues as well, Minecraft X360 is the best !
You should really consider buying a X360 and MCX360.
