Now all my friends are telling me the same thing. They are telling me that Jeb announced on twitter that "MC 360 edition will be getting creative mode in the august update." The reasons i don't believe this is because 4J is in charge of the 360 edition of minecraft and i have not heard of this on any other source. The 3 friends that told me don't have any connection with each other by the way, and they say it won't be the 1.8 update, its just going to have som bug fixes and creative mode. Does anybody have proof of this?
We will get it in the september update if the pattern continues, the august update is just a bug fix (already confirmed)

September is still just a guess, nothing more. We could get 1.8.2 at the end of August, right before September for all we know.
Jeb may not work directly on the Xbox 360 Edition but 4J and Mojang are constantly talking. I don't see why people forget that. It's still Mojang's game. Everything 4J does has to be run by Mojang.

Don't know where you heard that. We are going well beyond 1.8.2.
Thankfully we are not stopping at 1.8.2.
