lol i was going to try to do that today since i wanted to try something on the pcpc might be better ause right it is up to date and you can do skin mods easily up there but yet i dont know anything good for the xbox expect every thing cool about it.
I have both versions, but I greatly prefer how comfy my couch is, how great the Xbox controller is and how large/HD my television is It also doesn't help that my PC cannot run Minecraft very well anymore.
Well, I don't have it on PC, but the other night I was watching a video from the 1.7.3 version on PC, and kind of got mesmerized by this guy's cart track that just went on. And on. And on. And the amount of playground on all sides made me realize the amount of landmass available on the PC version can be really, really impressive.
We 360 folks are extremely limited by that. I would have bought the PC version already if I didn't know ahead of time that the best I could get from it is maybe --maybe-- ~20fps in a 2-3 inch window. If you got a good PC and $20 to burn, my question would be, why haven't you bought it already?
Only reason I never did is because my PC now qualifies for relic status.
Well it all depends on what you like. I started off playing both trials for the Xbox and PC. I absolutely loved the Xbox version when I completed the tutorial and got into building. You could be different and like it more difficult, since the PC version is much more complicated than the Xbox. Just try both, but keep in mind that the PC demo is beta 1.2 I believe.
Why on earth would you come onto the Minecraft forum and promote pirating the software?
Because he probably lives in a country where everybody does pirate...

Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.
Yep, slightly, infinite is just slightly bigger than highly limited....

The best way i can describe the xbox version at this point is as a sales pitch for the PC version. Anyhing you have asked for with the xbox version the PC has, anything people have complained about with the xbox version the PC is all worked out. If you love what you see here, you'll love the PC version a lot more.
Xbox is holding out on us i think, they could do more but wont, i dont really care for both, im
Over minecraft its a cool idea and a cool game but very one dimensional in my eyes, its up to you.
The map size really is aggravating for xbox and I really like to explore in games w/open worlds and so this is a huge drawback for me. It's still a great game but if I could afford a gaming PC instead I would buy PC Minecraft instead of Xbox but now I just have to make due w/an older version of MC w/tiny ass worlds.
The PC version is moddable for firsts! It is updated more and with the hardware itself the game runs a lot more better in my opinion. I personally love both but would lean toward the pc version for more playability. You'll see the new aspect once you get it. TRUST!
I was going to get it on pc even though I have it on xbox already, I just don't like playing it on xbox knowing its behind when I can get it on pc fully updated. I do have a question where do you get it for $20? I've only seen it for $30.
well if your computer can run minecraft smoothy then you should get it on pc cause its much better on pc sadly i cant cause my computer sucks but im happy with xbox

Retired StaffIf you like it, buy it. If you don't, stop playing it.
