lol we dont really need it compared to these 2 features.
btw did you mix up the polls or what?
people chose neither more than enchanting?
When they changed the poll it messed up what people had voted for. I had to delete my vote and re-vote, as it put mine on neither, instead of what I voted for the last time.
4JStu's reply is enough to know that this breeding issue is being looked upon so... enhancing.
I want my Silk Touch and Fortune. Easy diamonds *evil laugh*

SO if 4J Stu didn't reply you would've chosen breeding? You all have to understand that it hasn't been confirmed that they will keep the animals the same.
Well, I can wait on breeding so long as spawn rules are left as they are now. Its a toss up to which I'd prefer, given perfect circumstances. Breeding means I can finally create a sheep farm large enough to supply my massive wool demands. It also means I can have enough cows on my hard map to keep me in leathers forever. Two VERY good things to me. Enchanting means I can save a ton of time on smooth stone gathering. It also means I can mine faster, and hit harder. Also two VERY good things to me.
****, they're practically neck and neck to me......I can't make a choice! Once again, assuming animal spawns are left alone until breeding comes...that is. If they can't do that...then breeding must come first. Simple as that, to me at least.

Exactly. One of the reasons why they aren't neck and neck for me is creative is coming out so when I build it will probably be on creative. But that is personal and based on the fact that 4J Stu already told us it is being worked on, I can say for me it is a tie.

Yes, I supported breeding before 4JStu replied but now that he knows about this thread and(maybe?) the problem between breeding and small worlds , I guess we have nothing to worry about
4J Stu said today that animals will respond in the 1.8 update, just rarely. Also that they are looking at breeding and enchanting to bring them forward. Source 4JStu twitter today

Awesome stuff, some good news. Here is the link if anyone else wants it: http://es.twitter.co...028685853671424
At least it won't be impossible to get more animals if you kill them all and they don't bring breeding forward.

Animals spawning rarely doesn't really help. It would reassure you that you could get the animals back in a future update when they bring breeding in, but the animals will still become endangered instead of extinct.
