How do I get the furry skin?

It's someone in a suit that's yellow with pointy ears, almost looks like pikachu. I've seen 3 or 4 people using it but it's not in the skin packs.

There are a few Banjo Kazooie skins in the skin packs. Do you mean those?

If it's not in a skin pack then you saw someone using the PC version of Minecraft and a custom skin.

its from summer of arcade skin pack its called fidget i think thats what you saw

Then they are in a skin pack. I think you are refferring to the Fidget Skin in the Summer of Arcade Skin pack. See here at 1:20
