There are no survival island seeds in this version. Just give it up. You'll have to wait until the 1.8.2 update to play survival island.

you could always make a survival island just go into the middle of an ocean seed then build a small island with a sapling on it

Ocean biomes don't come till 1.8 so we don't have survival islands. My little brother built a survival island not too long ago.
