I used to play on a PC server. Sometimes there would be 10 of us and sometimes zero. No matter who was on or what they were building. I could see it when I finally joined. My question is, Lets say I find someone to actually play the game with, would the world we play in together get saved?
i.e. I start a world and he joins. I go out of town for a weekend and he builds.... When I come back and join, will it be there... even if he is not logged on. Or does the host always have to be on for it to work.
The host needs to maintain a constant connection to the game in order for people to play on it. There are some people who actually leave their Xbox on 24/7 to get a full-time server effect.

I just don't really get how it works on the xbox.
Thanks in advance.
4J are looking into possibilities of rented servers, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
