So going to do this to avoid lava,lol And caves if needed. I do like it, It's not hurting anything.

I manage to do this all the time whether its from blocks, gravel, or water... Can't figure out how it happens exactly, though, lol.

All you need is 2 TNT, 4 cobblestone, and 2 pistons, one redstone wire and one redstone dust to make it the simplest X-ray machine and yes, its is not patched and it works but I highly suggest you dig down a couple of blocks to see all around.

I found out about this after I explored almost everything single cave in my world...

Woot! It really Works

Saw a guy do this on the latest (or really recent) snapshot for the PC version. He just used glowstone, sticky piston, and a pressure plate I think. Maybe some redstone, I didn't look that close. You step on the pressure plate and the piston extends the glowstone into your head and you get xray. Step off the pressure plate and it retracts.

Not a high priority glitch, but a glitch that will probably be fixed eventually, so enjoy it while you can.

I only used what materials were needed, in the item bar. But yeah, it has to be TNT.

I tend to be able to do an x-ray mod by walking in a tunnel that's only two blocks high. Basically, you walk in the tunnel in 3rd person view, and if you have view bobbing on you can see the mining branches and stuff.

After you do this though, does the map continue to look like this or is the affect only for a little bit?

I'd assume he's not host for there to be some lag, even though I get some cool glitches in single player.

Why do you even care what someone else does in her game? It doesn't affect you in the least. Besides, it doesn't help you much in finding ores anyway, as you can see.

If you don't want to do it then don't do it. Other people doing it isn't going to hurt you.

1: buy xbox mc
2: play for 1 hour

4: come on forums and whine 'I'm bored and I dunno what to make' (Sure you're bored, you've removed all sense of achivement from the game and with countless materials at your fingertips suddenly the game is boring.)

I really don't see why you would care. How does this affect you?

whatever you do make sure the redstone is far enough away that it doesn't power the tnt....or it blows you skyhigh when you hit the button lmao.
