Don't know if anyone else has posted about this but I was in my sheep farm collecting wool when I discovered that you can actually get a max of 5 wool per sheep. Holding the shears if you beat the sheep until it dies it gives you one wool. If you then immediately shear the the space the sheep died in you get the normal 1-4 drop or whatever. I aim to shear the moment the sheep turns red and begins to fall over. Works about 85 % of the time. But that mostly due to reaction. Would be nice to know if this can be replicated on another xbox. Altho this is def a glitch. I will be exploiting it till they fix it cause I never seem to have enough wool.

Do you lose durablity in the Shears for killing the sheep?
Nope sure don't
Edit: killing the sheep with shears isn't the only option. Modified my trap to kill cows and sheep by fall damage. Shearing the drop block( blocks mobs fall onto) right after a sheep lands has the same results.
