For those who have played the PC version, when you're deep underground or in a cave in the dark there are these random eerie musical cues that play, and i haven't heard a single one in the MC360 version. Just wondering if anyone noticed the same thing or had any word from 4J on it.
Also on a side note, in the 360 version music plays almost constantly, which I'm not a fan of
(I don't mean to sound like I'm nitpicking).
There is no cave ambiance because you're playing multiplayer all the time, even when offline and alone. Since the game is always running a server in the background, we won't have cave ambiance until the 1.2.3 update when it was added to multiplayer on the PC.
Alsol, if yu don't like the music, you can turn it down or completely off.

Ah, okay.
I like the music, and I already have it turned down. I'd just prefer it wasn't playing near-constantly.
I concur on the eerie notes. In fact, Minecraft could use some mood music as it is... There is nothing worse than being lulled to sleep by the current music that is being played. No disrespect to the hardcore fans out there, but the current music on Minecraft feels like it belongs in another game.

I don't think it's that bad, but it gets old and repetitive since it plays almost constantly.

I think it fits the game perfectly. It makes a very nice peaceful feeling while you're building or exploring.
Plus, in the future on the PC version C418 has said there will be new music, along with combat music that plays when fighting mobs. Nobody knows when that is coming on the PC so don't hold your breath about getting it on the Xbox 360 Edition of the game.
The music playing constantly does take away the suspense and eeriness of the PC version but Creepers still scare the **** outta me on both so I guess that makes up for the lullaby music on 360
