So I've gone thru a few ideas and I could never decide what to actually do with the center of my walled off Island. I first had the idea of a massive house but everytime I went to build the foundations it never really wanted to fit in there... (This is my major project so don't judge too badly please...)

I know this off topic but could you link me to a tutorial on how to do the duplication method? Before you guys yell at me for being a cheater, I'm not really a survival mode player, I literally only play creative mode on PC so this would be a good alternate until the next update which will release creative mode. Thanks~
im going to be honest here... the obsidian bridge ruins the amazing work you put in to everything else.. I would recomend swich it out for wood.i love the pirate ship and castle... especially sence you have a tnt cannon on the ship
I didn't dupe the bridge, just used a obsidian generator. The reason behind it being obsidian is because we blew up the other 2 bridges and we finally decided just to put that one up. The wooden bridge w/ brick does sound pretty nice..
I've heard from a few friends to turn it into a small town, but even then the area is almost too small for that. Could fit about 4-5 small sized buildings in there.
Edit: Also the reason why there is water in the center is because the whole castle and island is built on the lake. I used the seed Bambi to get the world and make my own island in the center. It's all hallowed out at the moment.
