Was actually talking to some friends about this today. Going to be irritating when animals become permanent in 1.8 because once you kill them, they're usually gone. Without breeding, worlds will run dry D: I remember the sad days of the PC version.
Yeah I know, and peoples passive spawners are gonna be shot I guess thats why people were hoping they would push forward the breeding part, but it's been tweeted that it will be in the 1.2.3 update. *sigh*
