Oh wow, a lot of things you guys have mentioned scare me too. Even if I'm not the one playing haha. Uhm one thing that I didn't see mentioned... If you dig a giant hole in the ground that goes really far down into the world and then animals keep walking over the edges and killing themselves. That scares me. Not because they're killing themselves but because I'll be at the bottom digging or whatever and because I'm using a Turtle Beach headset, the pig squeals are so loud and so sudden and the animal just falls right in front of me into a poof of smoke. That scares the crap out of me.
Oh and what makes me mad which I haven't seen mentioned... accidentally or unintentionally digging the block beneath you and falling into a cavern. That scares me too but it makes me mad more than anything. Especially if I end up falling into a lava pit and having to restart the game... unsure of when the game last auto saved.
Its definitely CREEPERS I will be out roaming around and one will get me. So i fill the crater he left back in and as soon as i finish a second one blows up on me in the same spot so i start filling that crater back in and before i finish a third creeper finds his way to me and it happens again. Also i will take my mine cart to my second house and one will be standing on the tracks and and it starts all over again. =,(
When I am exploring the map and it gets dark and I am waay on the opposite side of the map from my home, and it turns into mob city. Today I was doing a clay hunt and found quite a bit but it got dark and I had to go to the top of a mountain and watch as mobs surrounded me in other places... while I waited, unfortunately, skeletons kept coming, and my food was low, and I kept battling and having to use food, and then when i was low health a spider attacked me, and a creeper came up behind me and blew me up and I died. Fortunately I found all my stuff which was a good thing because I had a lot of clay.
Also when I am deep in a mine and I hear mobs around me but I don't know where they are.... sometimes I want to search for them to see if it is a mob spawner, but it is scary to do so....
For me is when I was at my friend's house, we we're playing multiplayer on XBox and when I was exploring a cave, a zombie jumps out of an unseen cavern in the wall and kills me. Scared the living daylights out of all of us.

I'm standing on a small peninsula and I kept hearing zombies all around me but i couldn't SEE them. I just stood there turning in circles with a wooden sword all night.
Creepers scare me most and make me mad most in this game. I'm afraid they're always gonna blow up the things I work so hard on building. I'm angry when they succeed. One time a Creeper somehow spawned inside my well lit house during the day while the only was in is the front door, which was closed. I was lucky enough to lure him outside and kill him without an explosion. Another time my house was completely surrounded by five Creepers. They blew up more than half my house. I hate them!
what annoys me(and kinda mad) is when you are trying to figure out something and next thing you know is you have 4+ sheep and/or 5 cows walking around moooing and baaaing
It's like having a bunch of 2 year olds around. weird thing is most 2 year olds are smarter then the animals in this game.
When i was mining in a really deep cave, and i turned around and a creeper was right there staring at me. Then he blew me up, after that i think i almost shat my pants lol.
So the creepers are so annoying and when they kill me i always get annoyed or mad.
Haha, I'm sometimes careless, and forget to bring the Flint & Steel.
With the Cobblestone idea, I'm just too lazy. HAH.
