The thing that scared me the most, was, While I was recording for my let's play series, (Uploaded soon), I was making a house, and I looked over and there was a skeleton! and it shot me! Scared me to death!
Mining where I suspect lava is scares me. Nothing like breaking a block and having a flow of lava ooze out. Makes my heart pound every time. The other thing that really gets me is working on high buildings where you KNOW a death drop awaits. Even using the "butt crouch" doesn't ease the nervousness of buildings where drops loom near.
Creepers make me angry. Freaking green bastards blend in so well in wooded areas, it's hard to see them until you are right on top of them. They are the one mob that I can't handle, especially exiting a mine to have them dive bomb my avatar.

Don't you hate when your in a Cave system and you hear mobs but you cant see them, yet you wanna go deeper in the cave but don't wanna get surprised xD

Seatbelts are not as confining as Wheelchairs. Buckle up.
I hate when mobs drop on you out of a high-placed dark branch of a cave, especially when i failed to spot it before said encounter. If I see more then 2 creepers anywhere I start panicking. I play on normal so no matter what a couple creepers that get lucky could put a damper on my plans in a hurry.

Without the skin... Beneath the storm... Under these tears...The walls came down

omg yes my lil cousin was over here for a month and that all he talked about and i keep thinking i saw him but i just saw blocks lol
I remember one time I was digging a tunnel down near the bedrock, looking for diamonds (I ended up finding 15 on that trip and a ton of redstone). I was digging in a dark part of the tunnel, and after breaking a block, I saw a pale cube on the other side. Thinking it was a skeleton and I had dug into a cavern, I swore, backed up, and stuck a torch on the wall.
As it turns out, the pale block I saw was the piece of cobblestone I had just dug out, and it was dark beyond that block because I wasn't lighting up the tunnel properly.
Therefore, I suppose dark tunnels scare me the most.
been plaing on hard lately and i hate creepers damn it lol. they always pop up out of nowhere blowing me or something of mine up damn creepers. Most of my friends play on hard as well so when the skins first came out we would see how many times we could freak out each other with the zombie skin
I rarely ever play with sound... Surprise spiders.
That's a great way of turning all hostile mobs in semi-creepers - you don't hear them before it's too late. XD
What scares me the most are definitely creepers. All other mobs you already hear while they're not a threat yet (at least usually). But once you hear a creeper, it's BOOM time. Creepers are the sole reason I'm playing on peaceful while mining ores or building stuff.
And what makes me mad the most are all those animals that show up in bright outdoor areas all the time. I had a really nice wheat farm going that I fenced in to prevent animals from trampling in. Instead the animals kept spawning INSIDE the wheat fields and destroying my crop because the fence now kept them in instead of out. I already know that if/when we get the experience points system, I'm going to earn 90% of all my XP by killing animals that are going on my nerves.
What scares me? Ghasts blowing up my portal, and I have no way of lighting it back up.
Had this happen to me not long ago and ended up having to restart. Needless to say, I went in on peaceful and constructed a cobblestone building around it so I could warp in with relative safety.

Creepers are the answer to both questions. Hate working on something to see it blown to pieces because I couldn't run fast enough in case I don't kill it before it explodes or didn't see the little *******. Scary is seeing two coming at me then the third I didn't see comes up from behind...hssssstt...BOOM!
I hate it when i'm under a tree and a spider jumps on top of me and I gave no idea what is going on or if I'm building something on first person and a creeper comes up behind me.
