So I was building a secret room with pistons when I ran into trouble. I was wondering if someone could help me out. I'm trying to get all the pistons to move out together. I can only get the bottom 2 the left 2 or the right 2 to work. I can't get all 4 to work. Thanks in advance for any help.

How do you plan on making a secret room without sticky pistons? Regular pistons just push things. They wouldn't be able to close up the entrance that is created.

Either way, in a one block space behind your pistons, make another four block wall. In the space between them, place two redstone torches a block up.

You can toggle the power to the torches by either using a torch below it as seen left bottom. Two repeaters behind it or redstone on top. There's a couple more ways but I think this will get you started. Just make a wall behind your pistons, add torches and then build from there. And yes, if your trying to make a door, your going to need sticky pistons.

Thanks for the help random, yeah I know I need stickies. I just didn't have enough slime balls at the time to make them all yet.

It sounds like you're trying to get at making a secret room, where the entrance is 2x2 large. If that's the case, here's my method to it.

Putting repeaters behind the top two pistons and a block below the repeaters and behind the bottom two will solve this issue.
