Or more specifically, a hoe switch.. Which is just a variation of the BUD switch. I've tried to make one on the xbox, but it doesn't seem to till a dirt block when it is placed under a dirt block.. Which is necessary for it to be reset.. Any one else had this problem? Just me? Solution/ideas?

What will you use this switch for? I was able to replicate it without a problem.
Can not quite think of a use. A bud switch is with a piston is a bit more multifunctional.
Maybe, if you had some gravity effected block as a trigger. A block that fell on that tilled block could be useful, but it looks like a one way deal. Reset not practical.

I just built one above ground like he did and it works. I am going to try and add it to my secret stairs and see if I can get it to work.


Edit: I now have is activating my T Flip/Flop on my secret stairs. after putting more dirt around to hide the switch. It started not to work so I played with it and added another repeater with one click of delay and is now working.

I was going to make it as a secret entrance but I ran into the same problem. I had no problem when the dirt block was the top block, but when another dirt block was placed on top, it would seem like it would not till and the red stone would not receive the signal. I'm going to try it with another repeater now..

Edit: Worked like a champ with the second repeater. Appreciate the help man, thanks!
