Then the best thing to do is to start a new world. God knows I've spent 150+ hours digging like a maniac and exploring caves and I didn't find a single dungeon. In my new world I've found a dozen already without actually searching for them. It all depends on the seed used, and therefore - unless it's a tried and tested one - on luck.

Quickest way to find dungeons is to turn on easy and listen for mobs. Hissing spiders, moaning zombies, klinking of skeleton bones. Do it in daylight, then go back to peaceful and dig around the area the noise was coming from. Look for signs of cobblestone and mossy cobbles (green cobblesotnes) Thats the mob spawner dungeon.
Yeah my bro and I were playing and we found two dungeons that had their corners touching each other. One was a skeleton and one was a zombie. Oh and just yesterday I found a skeleton dungeon with two diamond ore veins next to it and they were big veins. That has nothing to do with two dungeons but it was still freaking cool.
