Firstly, does your server have a lot of active redstone repeaters? I know there are major lag issues on servers with anymore than say 100-150 repeaters active

It's probably just your Internet. I know a lot of people think they have good internet but in reality, they don't.
oh i know i dont lol. I mean it isnt the best but it certainly isnt to worst. i was trying to make life a bit more bearable for ppl. plus my port forwarding never stays on for some reason.... it always goes back to moderate NAT

Well there are a number of things that can make your games lag. If you have an abundance of programs on your PC using the internet. Possibly multiple consoles hooked up and accessing the internet. You live far from the source of your homes internet. You have a wireless connection on your Xbox 360.

yeah i know... we have 3 xboxes on our internet, plus 2 pcs and phones as well, i think our service is just choked tbh. might be moving out soon so ill get my own high speed broadband hehe

You'll want something that has a download speed of at least 10mbps and an upload speed of at least 1.5mbps if you want smooth online gaming.
