It is a close tie for me. I like the chickens on account of one snuck into my house and stayed for awhile. But I like the sheep more.

Sheep because they give me wool and I don't have any bad experiences with them. For example, it took me over a hour of reloading saves to get the when pigs fly achievement (idiot pig), chickens are really annoying and like to push you around, cows moo extremely loudly. I hate all hostile mobs.
I didn't realize Endermen were already on the xbox version, haven't seen any. So my vote goes for Ghasts, since I remember my first encounter and thinking wtf is that lol. Least favorite is obviously the creeper lol.

i vote ghasts because i like the sound they make and they look funny and the first time i saw one i tried to leave the nether but the darn thing shot a fireball and closed my portal and i was stuck with out a flame source, i died 3 minutes later
