Does anyone know if (and/or) how to specifically spawn creepers( )? Are there creeper( )dungeons( )? Any ideas on a creeper( )trap?

No creeper spawners, you can make a mob grinder that will allow creepers as well as other hostile mobs to spawn. Other than that go hunting at night.

Hunting at night is probably your best bet. I've seen dozens upon dozens of Creepers spawn in my world at night. I usually armor up, adn go on a gunpowder spree.

just make a big dark rom and all types of hostile mobs will spawn.unlimited bone,gunpower,etc. source right there
