No, that is in fact a charged creeper. It's got a glow around it. Rain doesn't encase creepers.

Gwf, you don't know how wrong you are. There's lightning encasing the body of a Creeper, whilst the rain occurs. Without the rain, the creeper would take constant damage if it doesn't explode. Even funnier is the fact that I've had seven charged Creepers coming at me during the rain.

I have yet to find one of these and a Spider Jockey. Guess I just have crappy luck.

Ive only seen one spider jockey and that was last night

I've found one jockey. Unfortunately this was at the begining of my new world and that along with alot of other mobs destroyed me before I could get away. Jockey+2Skeletons+Hard=DEATH

charged creeper spawn rate: 0,01%

Still gotta find a Slime, Spider Jockey, and a Charged Creeper.

I've seen at least 2 Spider Jockeys on different nights in the same general area of my map.

I got this game when it came out and i have never seen one and so my quest begins
