Sorry man(or woman, i'm to lazy to click your name) but that feature would defy the purpose of the new world 'feature'. so unfortunately unless you use mod or hacks to give yourself the items, (which could take a while because you would need to count everything and find it in the list) you are going to have to choose: 1. stick with your current world and enjoy digital wealth or 2. create a new world and get some actual satisfaction out of playing. (Did i drag that sentence out to long? Let me know!). anyways i advise the latter have a good day or night or evening or afternoon or maybe you died recently...i honestly don't know, but good day to you anyways sir or madam *sigh* still to lazy to check.
I've been simply riding a boat to the edge of my old world, making a new world, finding diamonds and etc, throwing them in lava, going back to my old world and returning to my house on the boat, then duplicating the stuff I have to equal the stuff I found on my journeys and making believe that I went on an adventure and found it all.

There is one way that I know of, but so far what I see happening to the other world is if you have anything built in the other world it goes away. I'm actually trying to look up what is happening with that. But, go to your world in AppData, go to players, and copy your profile.dat file over to your new world. you keep everything that is on you. However, until I or someone else can figure out what happened when I did it, It's a one time deal.
