Ok i made the 5x5 3 deep with 4th layer being where the pistons go.
And then the water and such, I'm sure some of you have built them or seen them.
Mine worked awesome since the patch was released... until today. Today I load up my map and tried to collect some cobble, the generator clocked out and stopped making after it pushed up one block.
So i tried to rebuild by starting over, but when I placed the repeater down it wouldn't work any more. Does anyone know why this is happening?

But seriously, this happened to me too. Certain blocks will auto burn out redstone devices when you reload a world.
