I don't know if this is a bug or not or something on my end so I am posting it here. My son and I have been playing for a while with no problems but just the other day my sons character stopped looking up and down. We tried changing controllers and that did not fix it. We tried a different port for the controller but that did not work. And we simply turned the Xbox on and off and that did not fix it. We also tried just having him sign on by himself and see if it was a multiplayer problem but it still was there when it was just him.
Anyone else know anything about this problem? Thank you in advance for any info
Same thing happened to me yesterday...the only way to get around it is to make your game online and have one person sign in as a guest......im not sure why at all this happens
Yep, this has happened to me, multiple times. Sensitivity is likely 0. Easiest thing is to go to Help & Options for that player and Reset to the Defaults. Then re-apply any custom changes you need.

Yes, a known issue and it is profile specific. Changing your settings as suggested will resolve the issue.
