With the recent updates I've noticed that the clay still does not show up in the world in which i've already created prior to the updates. Will it ever show up? Or do I have to start all over again to get clay?..because if so that is bogus.
Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.
That is some BS. I really don't want to start all over....that is ridiculous.
No, its not.... Say we just updated 1.8 and a npc village spawns inside your house area.... Or maybe in an area you've already explored... This would bring up stupid Herobrine sightings, other stuff, etc.

It is a shame that the clay won't show up, but that's the way it is. It makes since to me though, imagine how screwwy your world could get if an update could change/add resources to existing worlds.
It discourages me from building up a big world again.

Well, it only works if you havnt generated the part of the world where the clay is. Because if you have, then it wont generate clay..

Can it be confirmed that the ungenerated portions of maps will reflect the latest update upon exploration? Thanks, I thought it might be an urban legend.
