Can you be a bit more specific about what exactly is happening? Will it not work at all? Does it start and the kick people? The more information you can give, the more appropriate the answers that we can offer.
It will work normally with people who aren't on the same Xbox console, but for 2 player splitscreen it won't wrok, and I was asking how you change the dispaly settings to 720p or 1080p

First you need to make sure that you're TV is HD and supports 720p or 1080p resolutions. Then you must have your xbox hooked up to your TV via either HDMI or HD component cables. Once that is set, you can go into your video options through your xbox settings and set the resolution to the appropriate option.
