So I downloaded skin pack 1, and I'm a bit disappointed with the fact the almost ALL the skins are characters from other games! There were barely any skins that were original, and those are the ones that are good IMO. /rant
$2 Dollars on this forum is like $200 dollars when it comes to these kids.
they must not play rockband..... I must have already spent $60 or so on DLC songs and continue adding more.
And that's nothing compared to people who have 1500+ songs at $2 per song (give or take ...140pts, sometimes 240pts I think)
For those who would make the argument that a song is more worthwhile because the artist gets the money etc, it's still DLC that you do not own (read MS ToS) and cannot use outside of the game.
It's not like I can listen to these songs outside of rockband unless I buy (or download them) outside of rockband.

Well they have the trial version for a reason to try before you buy to see if you like any just saying.
I thoroughly enjoyed the new skins however well worth the 2$.

45 skins for 160mp, you do the math. Well worth it imo. I hope the texture packs are the same price. Nice to buy something thats actually worth the $ compared to all the other marketplace downloads that are way overpriced for what they are. I use the kingskin

I'm sorry, what? If you're going to charge for something that's otherwise free and personalized; you better make it worth it. They didn't. I'm not an Xbox player, so I'm obviously not buying the skin packs, but as a skin artist I am offended that they are selling these.
Currently bought nearly over 100 songs for Rock Band 1,2 & 3 all together over the times, same goes for Guitar Hero, yet I bought over 250 songs as I played along the different games.
Don't know why anyone can't just use their brains and download the trial before even buying the skins to see if they meet your "quality" standards, after that, you'll then know if you are going to waste your money or use it on something else.

You had the option of a trial version and it was up to you to buy it or not. There was also many previews given for you to decide whether or not it was 'worth' it.

I only like five of them. The three Gears of War skins and the two knights. I think they could have done a better job on the Locust Drone though.
